Lifetime Structure

Panda Lumber  hereby pledges that it will replace any defective planks that fail due to a breakdown of the bonding process. This coverage is promised to the original end use consumer and is non transferable.  Panda Lumber  will not accept responsibility for occurrences caused by accidental moisture problems such as dishwasher, bathtub, toilet, jacuzzi, or shower leakage and overflows. We also pledge that you, (the original end use consumer), are protected from separation within the laminated flooring boards.

Lifetime Finish

Panda Lumber flooring is manufactured using state of the art equipment and technology. We have great pride in our dedicated employees who produce the finest Bamboo flooring products available anywhere. It is for this reason that we offer you this unprecedented coverage on our Super Aluminum Oxide Pre-finish flooring. We hereby warrant that the finish of our pre-finished Bamboo flooring will not wear through under normal daily conditions. Exclusions are covered in the body of this document. As in our structural coverage, this guarantee on the finish, (original pre-finish flooring from the factory), is warranted to the original end use consumer only and is non transferable. We also hereby declare that Bamboo flooring used for commercial applications and floor moldings, for commercial and residential applications, are exempt from this coverage. Any indentations, scratches, or damage caused by a disregard of proper maintenance, excessive heat or dryness, pets, insects, sand, pebbles, erosion, misuse, negligence, spike heeled shoes, stiletto shoes, other abrasive materials, insufficient protective furniture items, water moisture, wet moping, or failure to follow all written maintenance instructions will void this contract. 

Panda Lumber  will not be held responsible for damage to newly installed floors caused by conditions deemed beyond the manufacturers’ control. We advise you to give special consideration when moving furniture or leaving equipment and appliances free standing on newly installed flooring. Bamboo is a natural flooring product that is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. It is the end use customers’ responsibility to provide and maintain the necessary humidity levels within the rooms that Bamboo flooring is installed.  A minimum temperature of 70° F (21° C) should be maintained prior to, during, and 48 hours after installing your Bamboo flooring.  The sub-floor must be dry and within 3% of the moisture content of the bamboo flooring. Owners are advised to protect new floors with suitable furniture rests. In areas where flooring is to be installed, the sub-floors must be smooth, level, clean, free of contaminates, and dry. The end use consumer is responsible for the sub-flooring integrity. Bamboo flooring should not be installed over radiant heat. Damage from such an installation will nullify this contract.

This warranty declaration is the complete and exclusive statement of the manufacturer, and is in lieu of all other expressed and/or statutory warranties. The manufacturer, ( Panda Lumber )  assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. The sole remedy provided herein is the repair, refinish, or replacement of defective products. A refund for defective products may be honored if the products defective nature is identified before installation occurs. Use of any other than recommended maintenance products or improper cleaning methods or equipment may void Manufacturer’s/Vendor’s warranties. Other exclusions may apply in particular cases and should be noted if applicable.
